About this event
Join us for the Race and Raft-up. We will go through the paces of a Regatta day with this fun club race. There is no charge for this race and prizes will be a rehash of awards left over from previous regattas and will not follow the traditional 1st, 2nd, 3rd finishes. But it is all guaranteed to be in the spirit of great fun!
All are welcome, but those who attend the Regatta Prep Class on September 8th are especially encouraged to participate and put into practice what you learned. We will race some short races then raft up when we all get hungry. Each participant please bring extra fenders for the raft-up. Also, each participant and crew, please bring your own lunch. If the day is too hot to raft-up (like last year), then we will head to the shade of the marina deck to enjoy lunch.
