Cooking and Food Safety Class has been postponed. We will announce when a new date can be set.

Reservations a must by 10 p.m. Tuesday February 6th, 2024.
Limited space of 20 students, book now.

This is a member only and red cup event.

Instructor: Your very own Social Director and owner of TDP (sponsor)

-Food safety, stats and kitchen policy.
-Building policy and Maximum occupancy.
-Parks and Corps policy.
-Temps to remember are 40 and140 degrees.
-Mold growth of mycotoxins, E-coli and airborne contaminants.
-See display of good reads, please do not remove books.
-Menu: based on market available.







Just thought I’d let you know that I really enjoyed the Cooking Class. It was very helpful in addition to meeting several new people. I fancy myself as a bit of a cook and I found several tips and a couple of recipes that I’ve incorporated into my cooking routine.

If you haven't been able to do this in the past, (especially if your volunteer preference is Social Events) then consider this fantastic opportunity to learn from a professional and have a great time with fellow club members. It is going to be better than a Smokey Mountain chalet in February!
