The Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta at St. Petersburg was host to the S2 7.9 Mid-Winter Championship. Three races were held for twelve boats. Two of which claimed PPYC as their home club. Scratch - 554 was campaigned by Paul Latour, David Curtze, Craig Dooley, Chris Dupont, Bill Elder and Alicia Noble. Banshee - 521 was campaigned by Iain Montgomery, Rob Bourquin, Denis Colby, Josh Kizer and James O'Dell.

Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans was host to the 2024 J/22 US Midwinters. Twenty-eight teams competed in a range of conditions over three days and nine races. Two teams from PPYC competed. Galen Freeman, Won Choi and Sonny Keith campaigned Hot Ruddered Bum under sail #2. Fred Bartrom, George Heintz and Jackson Miller competed on 519 formerly known as Rat Rod.
