Dear PPYC Full Members,
We need your help right now, our Annual Meeting this Saturday at 2:30 pm can only proceed if we reach a quorum of voting members.
A quorum of voting members is required to hold the meeting and complete club business, including approval of the proposed budget. So please return your proxy even if you plan to attend. That way your vote still counts if life gets in the way and you can't make it.
Please complete these simple steps at your earliest convenience (about 5 minutes):

- Fill out the proxy in Adobe Reader or print it and fill it out with ink.
- Return the completed proxy to secretary@ppyc.org. If you printed it take a picture of your completed and signed proxy and email the picture to that address.
