My name is Brent, and I’m excited to be joining Percy Priest Yacht Club as a provisional member.
I grew up sailing with my parents and brother in Pensacola, Florida, mostly on small boats like Lasers and Sunfish.
My parents also had a Vanguard Volant, so sailing was a big part of my childhood and family life. I moved to Nashville in 2009, and after many years here, I’m really looking forward to getting back on the water more often.
I’m a gymnastics coach by trade, as well as a dog lover, photographer, and candle maker. I also recently acquired a Vanguard Nomad, which has made me even more excited to connect with the sailing community here, learn from more experienced sailors, and get involved at the club.
I’m looking forward to meeting everyone, helping out where I can, and spending time around boats and good people.
