Paul Latour and James O'Dell took two S2-7.9 sailboats and their teams of local sailors to the Lake Erie waters off the coast of Michigan. Their trip to Lake Erie for a regatta is a testament to their dedication to their class and the rewarding experience of travel regattas. Such events not only challenge the sailors' skills and teamwork but also foster a sense of community and shared passion for the sport. It's an inspiring call to action for other PPYC members to embrace the adventure and effort that comes with participating in travel regattas, carrying forward the legacy of sailing into new waters.
