A Note from Our New Commodore

Thank you for electing me to be your Commodore this year.

My Charge to the Board this year is to “Build Excitement, Fun and Comradery at our Club through Nautical events and Education.”  I tasked each board member, including myself, with setting 1-3 individual goals in the spirit of the charge, of which they all presented in our annual board retreat earlier this month.  I was taken back with the time and thought they each put into their goals which are outstanding. With that said, we have a goal focused agenda for this year that builds our club and utilizes our beautiful venue.

I look forward to serving you all this year.  My door is always open, feel free to stop by my office, send an email or call me.

Truly,

David Curtze
Commodore

LET'S GO SAILING!

The Coast Guard Auxiliary is looking for a date in the April timeframe to conduct safety examinations of our sailboats. I had this done a few years back and was very pleased with the report and advice i received. Look for more details in an upcoming newsletter.
