A Special Kickoff Meet And Greet For Our 2022 Wednesday Night Racing Events
Get Excited! Wednesday Night Racing will be starting soon. Let's kick off this season with a Meet and Greet. This is open to all members; we especially want to see you skippers and crew that are either new to the club or haven't tried Wednesday Nights lately. We have assembled a panel of Wednesday Night regulars that will talk you through what to expect, some safety tips and how to have fun.
You may protest, "I am not a racer." Au contraire, you are a sailor! Racing is an activity that sailors do on our lake, just like sailors also Cruise on our lake. So, join us all you sailors and find out why Wednesday Night Racing is an awesome activity for the middle of your work week.
We have three classes of boats that race on Wednesday Nights. Spinnaker, Non-Spinnaker and Bee Fleet. If you are new to sailing or have shied away from it, then consider the Bee Fleet. They run a shorter course and start after the other fleets have left the starting area.
