Harbor Lights Decorating Competition

Looking for members to decorate their boats.
Don't own a boat yet?  Club members who are not boat owners may decorate our club boats (you must reserve a vessel for that purpose).

Cash prizes for win, place, show: $100, $50, $25, respectively.

Judging from 7pm-8pm. Participants must keep any lighted decorations on during this judging time period.
